Please Prove I'm Not a Robot

It's back.  Every time I go to the SA site .. I have to prove I'm a human, press and hold the black bar.  I had this before for months and then it stopped.  Today it came back.  We did everything the site said to do with enabling and disabling & the Java Script and still it will not go away.
