Suddenly, the notifications are not loading anymore. I see the number of new notifications bu they are not loading .

Same problem the last few days. I had intermittent problems with notifications loading before but they would load after I went to portfolio and refreshed now they show number but don’t load.
We are aware of this and working to fix it.
In the meantime I would suggest to try reinstalling the app - It fixed the issue for some of our users.
Been going on since the middle of last week. I have 50 notifications I can not retrieve.
