Article shouldn't be behind paywall

Hello,  This article by Douglas Albo, https://seekingalpha.com/article/959681-equity-cefs-demystifying-return-of-capital-distributions-by-eaton-vance, is a general discussion of ROC in cefs.  It is not about any specific CEF.  I don't believe it should be behind the paywall.  Can you fix it?
