Hi - yes the Marketplace chat has had some technical difficulties over the last few days - circumstances beyond our control. Hopefully these will be resolved soon.
Instead of live chat I got a a sign that says maintenance in progress check back in 10 minutes..... It has been two days, that is a long 10 minutes
