Adblocker: uBlock and Disconnect

I've white listed the entire site and continue to receive a popup blocker stating I am using adblocker. I am using both uBlock Origin and Disconnect and have both selected to be off and white list Seeking Alpha.  FYI using Google Chrome browser Version 67.0.3396.62 (Official Build) (64-bit)

FYI, no issues with FireFox Quantum 60.0.1 (64-bit) since I had to post this issue via FireFox, i.e., attempted post via Chrome failed.
