how do we stop all the emails?

anonymous 3 months ago in Mailers 0

Since SA has moved most content behind the paywall, I decided to stop getting all these commentary articles.  I've tried everything, multiple times.  Even decided to "Unsubscribe from all email".   But they still keep coming.

Anyone else having this issue and know how to get it to stop?

Pre-market Summary Emails Less Useful After Redesign

Tsieling 3 months ago in Mailers updated 3 months ago 0

The redesign of pre-market summary emails looks nicer but has several errors that make them way less useful.

* Put the name of the portfolio in the title, not just the subject. The title appears huge and contains zero information. Add the portfolio title so I can tell which one I'm looking at without scanning the stocks themselves.

* Include all items in the portfolio. Showing the top 3 gainers and losers is really not that helpful. I don't want to visit the site to see the information, I want the information IN THE SUMMARY EMAIL. It's not a summary if I have to go to the site.

This is really a step backwards. The previous format was a bit tight to read but it had what I wanted, which was information. This is nicer to look at but not nearly as useful.

Subscribed to several stocks alerts, but no email received

Centrino 4 months ago in Mailers updated by mehdialiakbar32 4 months ago 5

Several months ago, I subscribed to several stocks alerts;

And it was working fine : each time an article related to a sotck was posted, I received an email.

Unfortunately, since several weeks now, articles are published. BUT I receive no email notification.

Any idea ?

Answer

Hi Centrino and Danyl1,

Thanks for the message.

I checked and found that your emails were being blocked by your email provider and we have cleared all bounces now.

Emails can also stop sending due to a bounce we received from your email provider or if you accidentally reported our emails as spam. We must obey the message from your provider due to spam regulations and we freeze your emails.

We have cleared all the bounces now and you should start receiving all emails now.

Hope this helps! Feel free to reach out in case further assistance is required.
