I am blocked when I open the articles with my android smartphone, as if ALL were for PRO subscribers only

jpnunes 2 years ago in Android App updated 2 years ago 3

Sudenly I'm not able to read the articles I receive by email when I try to read it on my android smartphone.

Always a message appears saying that the article is for PRO subscribers (100% of the cases), unlike the case when I use the PC to open the same e-mail, where I can read the full article.

Even though I have installed the SA app in the smartphone, when I click on the "READ" link in the message, I am not asked to view the article though the app, either (this was an option until recently). I will have to open and browse within the APP and search manualy the article I was trying to read in the first place, and only then it works. But until recently I could read the article without opening the APP.

Is there a fix for this?

Thanks,

Joao

Is it possible to receive notifications only through mobile app (now I am getting everything twice: app at first and then e-mail with the same notification)?

mobile features

The Android mobile app and the Mobile Web are unacceptable.

Android

1) There is no "My Authors" section as in the desktop version, where I can look at all articles from a particular author.

2) On almost every article that is long enough and whose comments are longer than a page, when I scroll down to the comments, the original article disappears and becomes a white blank background.

Mobile

1) I'm only on the Mobile web because the Android app doesn't have the features I want, and unfortunately, even the Mobile web has serious issues.

2) I often do not see any comments in articles that have comments, even when I click the "Comments" link directly. It just links me to the article and there are no comments below it.

3) When I go to one of my authors, the "Public Articles" link yields an empty list, when there should be links to public articles.

Allowing 1000th decimal points

anonymous 3 years ago in Android App updated 3 years ago 1

tried to find out if there were others in the same boat as me, but didnt.

Id like to have/be able to put my costs to the 1000th decimal point because typically the prices round up or down rendering my portfolio ubreliable to me.

How about using extended SD Cards on Android.

Warren58 3 years ago in Android App 0

My Galaxy Tab has only 8 GByte memory with only 4 GByte for use. Most apps can be partialy relocated to an sdcard. Not with SA.

Premium content on android

Nomadiam 3 years ago in Android App updated by SA Editor Daniel Shvartsman 3 years ago 1

There should be an easy way for users to access followed authors and premium content from Android app (or website). Those are the areas that I'd like to have 'quick access' to.

Make the private messenger better for mobile

WealthHunter 3 years ago in Android App updated by anonymous 5 months ago 4

I have a lengthy discussion going w a buddy of mine in the private messenger, and when I use my mobile (Android) to write to him or read one of his messages, I have to scroll down for literally almost 30 seconds to get to the last of our convo. Perhaps reverse the conversation in private messenger.
