Quant rank from neutral to very bullish in 1 day?

I am a little flumoxed at the changes in quant rating. So NSRGY went from Neutral ( 13 March 2020)(3.39) to verybullish (4.6) in 1 Day on 14 March 2020. 

This also with no statistics or data on ultimate performace of the stock in the market subsequent . How may wins, what is win ratio over 6 12 or longer periods.

Its difficult to use these scores till we understand what it does
