Multiple User names

You seem to have me identified with 2 different user names, and my comments get published under either.  Also, on the newest, which has only a User number, you keep asking me to unblock your site.  I can't do that because my computer is already unblocked from the first  under the name WmHilger1! 

I have written to you before about this situation. Please remedy it!
