"Trending Articles" random ongoing reshuffling of article order detracts

The random reshuffling of article order in the "Trending Articles" list detracts from rather than enhances this section.  Everyone I know who uses (and likes!) SA feels the same.  I find myself "chasing" the article I am interested in as it randomly repositions itself on the list.  Plain and simple:  this random reshuffling of the article list is neither "cool,"  nor effective.  I would recommend no scrolling or reshuffling at all (better to make the font a bit smaller, and just have a static list).
