No longer have sound notification on iPhone

I used to have sound notifications that would vibrate or make a sound when Seeking Alpha notifications came to my phone and or my watch.   I still get notifications on my phone and watch but they are silent, no vibrate and no sound.     I went into the notifications section of iPhone and there is no longer a sound notification that I have with other apps.  Was this removed, if so why?  I want to know immediately when I receive an article about one of my stocks.
