premium service
I signed up for the premium service. They gave me a free trial which is acknowledged when I log in. However, I am not getting access to "premium" articles, it keeps telling me to subscribe to your premium service to have access to the article. VERY frustrating. What is more frustrating is I can not find any support services on your website to help me with this problem.
I attempted to sign up for a free trial, but my card was not accepted. Today I get a notice that I had signed up for the premium service. I DID NOT.
