Next Ex-Dividend date on Dividend Scorecard is wrong

Hi!

I think the Dividend Scorecard is using the most recent declared dividend as the next ex-dividend date, even when there is another ex-dividend date between now and the most recent.

I know that's confusing... look at STAG -- they declare three dividends at a time, and the real next ex date is 05/28, but they have also declared another dividend further out in the future, and the ex date of that one is 06/29, and that's what's showing as the next ex-dividend date.
