Subscription chat room disappeared again

Hi,

I cannot access any of the chat rooms for the PAM service I have signed up for the 14 day trial subscription. This happened yesterday, and I reported it and it was fixed.  Now it has happened again. I have logged out and back in again but no change.

Please fix this, as at this rate I will be lucky to get 4 days of my 14 day trial.
