Pop-up ad frequency for Premium subscription

200am pdt. Using my portfolio page

My very 1st click results in the ad pop-up. My 2nd click, less than one minute later, results in the 2nd pop-up ad. And one minute after that...

S/A employees state unequivocally the policy for these ads is 3x/24 hours. (I believe that is their claim.) Obviously, either the programming is buggy or S/A employees ... well, you know.
