Reporting a Bug: all of the Analysis articles and News articles are lost from the past. I get the current one, but then they disappear after reading them. It did save all of the articles on June 4, but then that stopped in the last couple of days,

How do I re-install it?  I’m not much of an app person if at all.  Do I have to delete the current one first, or can I just install over it or something?

You can start by updating the app version without deleting. I do suggest that after you do that you will log out and log back in.

Logging out and logging back in

To do so, go to your “More” menu and select "Sign Out".

To log back in simply enter the email and password with which you registered, and you will automatically be logged in.

If you can't remember which account you used to register, please type in the email address you are using to receive email alerts from Seeking Alpha with.

If you forgot your password you can always recover it by entering your email address and on the password screen tap on “Forgot Password”.

You will get an email from Seeking Alpha with a One-Click Setup link. This will log you back in.

If it's not working, you can uninstall and reinstall the app.

If it's not working, you can delete the app and install in again form the App Store.

Hi,

Where are you looking? Your email? Your Portfolio? App notifications?

I’m in Portfolios. on on the website using my iPad.  I see all of the stocks with prices and daily change.  Recently, the up and down numbers are in color blocks. Just before that a couple of days also, I only got the changes but no stock price.  I’s the analysis of the portfolio stocks that find so helpful.  I used to be able to hit stock and get all of analysis and news articles for the previous year or so.  This stopped on June 5, all of the articles were there before June 5th.  Did I exceed my memory space on iPad due or other mail attachments?  I deleted the email, and the analysis and news stories did not come back for June 5 and more recently.  Then when I got the colored boxes of price changes, all of the storied s went away.

Looks like you are using the iPad app.

Please reinstall it. Make sure you are installing the latest version.
