Where are you accessing the chat? On the desktop website, mobile browser or mobile app? If you are on the desktop, are you inside the small sized chat window on the service page or in the full page chat?
Lastly, what browser are you using - Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer etc.. ?
I am accessing SA from my Dell laptop through Seekingalpha.com. I have tried small sized chat window and full page chat with same result. My Dell runs on Windows 10. So using Microsoft Edge/Internet Explorer. Chat was fine yesterday/ no problem until this morning. I am almost 74, so am not exactly a high tech person. Please simplify so I can understand. Very frustrating. Hope you can help. Did anything change on SA end overnight?

Yes, we did deploy an upgrade to chat today. It's working fine on all other browsers, but seems there is a scrolling issue on Edge. We will fix this ASAP tomorrow.
In the meantime, feel free to download and install Google Chrome which will make all of Seeking Alpha work much better,
Just wanted to update we are still working on it. In the meantime, there are two options:
1. Use another browser such as Google Chrome
2. Use the mouse wheel / scroll wheel to scroll the chat
