Blackberry KeyOne

Hello,

I cannot get Blackberry ticker ( BB ) on BB KeyOne phone to Andrion app. I am logged in and can see all other tickers but when adding BB I can pick it up I can save but nothing happens. Any idea? I have tried to create another portfolio but same issue.
