I still cannot use chat on the sites webpage. I get the 3 moving dots without end.

I use Firefox.

WHY did you release a broken product?

Just fix it.

Try to clear out your browser cache and update your browser, Chat loads for me in Firefox 60.0.2.  Do you have any plug-ins which might conflict ?
