ATAX is a partnership!

I am so upset with Seeking Alpha.  They recommended a great REIT buy with high dividends.  ATAX:  America First Multifamily Investors.   I had no idea this was a Partnership that required so much tax return work.  Nobody comments on this.  I've spent over 10 hours trying to figure out on Turbo Tax how to account for the K-1s, and splitting into different income streams....all for about $50 of income from this bad investment.  NOT WORTH the work.  Shame on Seeking Alpha for recommending a K-1 type investment for everyday investors like me.  Never again.  I will have to look for L.P. after a stocks' name.
