I've tried to cancel several times. I wrote you last month & I have tried calling the telephone number listed by your charge my last month's Amex statement. Also have left messages several times with no call back. Again today also. Never can get through.
I tried a trial last month for 2 weeks & was never notified that the trial was ending & I that was going to be charged $330 for a yearly subscription. If I had been notified I would have discontinued as I just can't stretch my finances that far.
Great web site & maybe will try next year or so when can afford to do so.
Could you please issue my Amex credit card for the $330?
