never mind, just deleted and downloaded the app again and seems to be finally ok.
I have the same issue on the mobile app. See the ratings just fine on the website but kind of makes the app obsolete.

We apologize for the issue you're facing. While we investigated the issue on our end, we found that ratings were available for most of the tickers in your portfolios except for those where the rating was just not there.
Can you please share screenshots of your portfolio>>rating for us to understand the issue better.
