I cannot access my portfolio. When I try to add a company I'm given a message it already exists in my portfolio.

Hi,
I tried adding ticker to portfolios under your profile and faced no such issue.
Can you please tell me from where are you adding the company? Portfolio>>Add Symbol or from the symbol page of a particular ticker.
Also, it'll help if you can share a screenshot of the error prompt you're getting.
