I can't stop notifications about GE
The app won't let me deactivate notifications about GE. Getting swamped with news about it. Error message says "try later" Motorola Z2 Play.

In the meantime I will cancel GE notifications for you.
I am trying to turn off notifications in the app because they are too frequent. But every slider switch I try to turn off turns itself back on with the message "service not available, try again later". I will have to uninstall the app if you can't fix this.
I too have this same problem. I never want notifications for individual stocks and I can not turn off the notifications. The error message is "service not available. Try again later." Almost irritating enough to stop using the app...
Same identical problem here. I will have to uninstall the app or sign off.
I discovered that (on android 7.1.1 at least), if you long press on the notification a dialog will pop up giving you options to silence the app entirely. Which is probably not what most people want either, but I decided it's better to have the app without notifications that to uninstall it entirely.
