I am having trouble signing in using the website. Tried everything, and I have many years as an IT Professional. I can sign-in with the mobile app, on both my IOS devicess, but not the website trying multiple browsers. It keeps telling me to confirm by registration by clicking the link in the email. Nothing gets sent, and I have checked every folder even through the webportal from my provider(comcast). No email is ever received? I also get the too many login attempts have been made with an incorrect password message which tells me to reset the pw. When I do that, it tells me email address not found. Yet I have not problem signing in on the mobile app. Also, by the way, I have tried clearing the cache. Nothing has solved he problem. HELP PLEASE.
