I am unable to reset my password and your system doesn’t work. And to post in the feedback forum, I have to be logged in... what a mess... and all this because I wanted to upgrade my account...

Same problem here. It requires me to enter the current password in order to change the password. If I knew it I wouldn't need to change it. Been like this for months, I have to use the one time link to get it.
