Pre market price not updating

After the latest update, the pre market price is incorrect. For example, I have checked NASDAQ for Apple pre market price against the app. In the screenshot, you can also every other stocks is the same pre market price as of -0.01% or -0.00%.


Also before the opening market, all the actual stock prices reset back to 0.00%, when the market opens then the market price will update. This never ever occur in the previous version which is good.


Happening in both iPhone 6 Plus and iPad Air 2.


Please fix.

I’ve stopped receiving figures for pre and post market percentage changes in stock prices on the portfolio page?
Pre or post market movements are not showing, just a green or red 0% is visible

hi i keep seeing 0% for all the premarket data. is there something wrong?

Pre/after market data work bad

Pre/after market data so bad after update. I hate new version. Please come back previous, its was great.

premarket values not showing

On iphone app all the pre/post market values say 0.00% or 0.01% but cnbc showing facebook for example as -1% and obviously all my portfolio isnt unchanged.


Getting really fed up with this failed update of the mobile app. Considering uninstalling.

One of our third party services was down - that caused the bug with the pre/post price updates.

However, they are back online and you should see updated numbers by now.

Please check and let me know if the problem persists.

Did you know you can toggle the view berween % and $? That will effect the pre/post values as well.

Completely agree with this comment. The percentages are meaningless. They should have been removed and the dollar values left. Who thought this was a good idea to change?  Its the primary reason I have this app. This app has become so unstable and constantly has problems when you try to use it. This used to be one of my favorite apps.

Did you know you can toggle the view berween % and $? That will effect the pre/post values as well.

I am also having this issue. Maya, it is not the tap to switch thingy. You tap it, the Post price in your image still shows -0.01% which is incorrect.

Have log out and re login. Doesn't work. Uninstall and re install and still doesn't work.


Post market price is also not showing.

If you look at the screenshot in my previous post, you can see it is like the whole portfolio of stocks.

I think I have identify when it happens. On the same day after the market close, I can see the Post price. But when it is the next day before the market opens, for some reason, the stock price resets back to 0.0%. The Post prices also resets back to 0.0%.

Ok thanks for the updates. I will check in 3-4hours time from now as that’s that’s when the problems occurs. Will report back
