Portfolio: Not all upgrades/downgrades shown for some stocks

The latest upgrade/downgrade for RIO (Rio Tinto) shown is the downgrade from Very Bullish to Neutral on 7/29/2020. The upgrade from Neutral back to Very Bullish on 08/04/2020 is not shown, however.

So I guess there is a bug in the portfolio upgrades/downgrades tab?
