I can not add additional stocks to any of my portfolios, by desktop or mobile

I am having the same problem as you, cannot add to laptop.  Plus, when I add stocks to my portfolios on the cell phone APP, they do NOT save - close and open the APP and the stocks added are all gone

We have a maximum of 250 tickers per portfolio and another limit of 400 tickers across all portfolios.

I do not have 250 tickers, yet can not add a symbol.
