Y charts not working

Do I need to have a subscription to Y charts to use them in my articles. I am a new contributor and I used them in my first two articles, but now I see Y charts is not available to me. When I click the icon, from the article screen, the chart page loads, but when I put data in, there is no output by Y charts. Can you explain?

Hi,


The YCharts embed feature should be available to all authors without any subscription. I can currently see it's not working. We will investigate but it's possible the issue is on YChart's end. We'll update here with more details.
