Subscription Amount not refunded

Hi Support Team - I have unsubscribed from The Market Pinball Wizard on December 21st (less than a month after subscribing at the end of November) - Please process my refund asap as I have not heard back from the support person who processed my subscription.

Thank you for the message. We offer refunds only on our annual subscription. As you subscribed to the monthly, it is not eligible for a refund.

Hi Daniel - Thanks for the quick turnaround.


Please check the records - I upgraded to the annual subscription the day after I signed up. I reached out to Support before upgrading and a member of the Support team  confirmed that I would be refunded the complete payment if I cancel within 30 days (till Dec 28). My card has already been charged 1000.


I have forwarded the email to subscriptions@seekingalpha.com - request you to please process the refund.
