My portfolio won’t pull up in mobile

I have had an account with SA for a few years and the past two days my portfolios won’t pull up on my iPhone but still shows on computer desktop

Can you please elaborate what happens when you open portfolio in mobile app?
As i can see you're portfolio is working fine on mobile as well.
