Why are you Bullish on so many stocks that you also give a Value Rating of D-,D, or D+? When I was going to school a D was just barely above failing!

Hi,

SA provider 4 types of ratings:
1. Quant Ranking
2. Dividend Grade
3. SA Author
4. Wall St. analyst

While 1. and 2. are based on SA's proprietary methodology, we don't have control over 3. and 4.
Users are always expected to do their own research, and use SA ratings as a guidance tool.
