HOW DO I FIND IF I HAVE AN AD-BLOCKER

How do I find is I have an ad blocker. SA will not let me in and I get a message to say I must enable Javascript and cookies, both of which are OK. then they say I must disable ad blocker. Microsoft has just done an update on my Windows 10 but I have not changed anything.

I’m receiving the same message on my android tablet and l never changed a thing.
