Why do notifications start with today 9/25 @ 4:50 am to 9/23 pm 2:27 pm what happened to 9/24 it’s missing

Update from our technology team:
"As I got information from developer - wxxxxa@xxxast.net received 200 notifications on 24. But there was some issue related to notifications on 24 and it is fixed now. It is possible that exact time of user issue is the same as issue fix time.
wxxxxa@xxxast.net should not have issue now as result (edited)"
