This started happening on my iPad months ago. Stopped using it just iPhone worked. Removed SA from ipPad. Instantly, “OOPS-Reload” problem moved to iPhone. Called Apple. They passed. Both my devices are 5+ years old. My suspicion is it is operating or browser software interface issue. Would be nice if SA could help resolve.
