When refresh or try to edit notification always same error: "We are unable to reach seeking alpha"

We had a bug in our system that was causing this issue for a small portion of users.
It's already fixed and the app is working properly.

I am still receiving this error and I uninstalled and reinstalled 23 July. Looks like it does connect because things update, very annoying as it does it continuously. I had originally attempted clearing cache but that also didn't work.
Did you try re-login after the installation?

I would suggest deleting the app form the device and reinstall it.
Articles are not populating into my portfolio on the app.
