Not able to assess my account

Sir,

I have subscribed Natural Gas Fundamentals service on seekingalpha. But today, I am not able to assess reports of this service even after I am logged-in. The page is asking to subscribe the service by deposting money. When I click on Subscribe Now, it says You are already subscribed to this service. Nor I am able to assess chat window of this service to get updates. Please help me assess my account and reports of this provider.
