Incorrect EPS for Corsair $CRSR

Based on Corsair's S-1 and recent quarterly earnings report, their TTM EPS is closer to $0.75 I believe vs. the $0.41 stated?

6 months ended June 30, 2020 diluted EPS was 0.28and I believe total weighted-average shares was 76,223,451 in Q4 2019 on Net Income of 6,000,000 or so which translates to about 0.08 in EPS for that quarter which I believe is confirmed in their most recent earnings report where they stated EPS for the first 9 months was ($0.19) and then FY 2019 ended with EPS of ($0.11) which means EPS for Q4 2019 was $0.08

Hi,

I believe the difference is dues to the calc. of Weighted average of shares outstanding.
Our data vendor is using ~158.7M shares as WA of shares outstanding including the shares in 180 day lock-up agreement basis the screenshot pasted below:

Hi,

Our data vendor is using ~158.7M shares as WA of shares outstanding including the shares in 180 day lock-up agreement basis the screenshot pasted below:

Hmm, yeah I can see what this is saying but when they reported Q3 results they aren't factoring in the 77.8 million additional shares and their "YTD EPS of 0.69"
