PEI.PD daily share price movements all honked up.

Day after day PEI.PD shows sharp increases in share value and %, but this is not correct.  For example, I am seeing a gain of 6.88% today, up $0.54 but PEI.PD closed at $8.41 yesterday, so is down $0.02 so far.  Something is messed up, I'm not noticing the error in other holdings I'm tracking.
