Can't access premium chat

Hello, I am currently  away from home and am trying to connect to the  premium chats on the app. This is the first i have tried on this android device. Any suggestions  would be  appreciated.

You can access your premium chats from the Analysis tab. 

Select your author by tapping the down arrow next to "My feed". 

When landing on the wanted author page, tap the chat icon on the bottom-right corner.
