percentage movement inaccurate for penny stocks

On the jcpnq quote page - this is an example of the bug, it is true i suspect for all stocks trading in increments of less than one cent - does not accurately reflect the percentage daily movement. 

Jcpnq has been fluctuating right around 17 cents throughout the day (12/11/2020). The percentage movement shows .05 and 42%. Wildly inaccurate. Please fix.
