New error message tonight, was NOT receiving this earlier today, something about userecho

How do I shut off this "userecho"?

When I try to open my portfolio page, I receive an error box.  It has "Press and Hold" at the top and some noise about javascript and cookies.  I use SA daily, including multiple times today and have never seen this error before.  Did you just implement something new without proper testing?   I'm not going to "press and hold", please deactivate this.
