Articles not appearing, unable to post

Articles for portfolio not appearing on start-up page despite receiving iOS notification - only way to display them is by ticker search (Notifications tab does not display them). Notifications counter on dock icon continues to increment higher - can’t clear it. In addition, unable to post using iPhone, error message states ‘format not recognized’. App decidedly less stable since last update. iPhone 6+ iOS 11.3.1, SA v3.9.1
