Cannot post a comment to either an article or a contributor.

I've been a member since 2010 and I cannot post a comment. What am I doing wrong? I try to send email to a contributor. Doesn't work. I try to post in the box provided at the end of an article. Doesn't work. I try to click on a persons name in the comment section. Doesn't work
