SA chat ails to launch

Hi,

I ca't launch SA chat. It worked yesterday after I downloaded first time.

Today it is not working. It tries to login and shuts off. I removed and downloaded again; rebooted IOS but no luck.

Please help.

after I login to desktop chat and tried on iphone chat app, it works now.

not sure how long this will work.

SA chat is not working consistently on iphone. Can you please check and fix it?
