My entire portfolio 1 and 2 disappeared. How can I recover it?

I never opened an account although I will probably do so now. But I still want my portfolios #1 and #2 . When I reviewed them I was able to get great information: such as high and low, dollar and % gain , ang volume and current daily volume, etc. Why was everything removed? Why should I ever invest in purchasing an upgrade if on somebocy's whim it can all be removed?

This is the same reply you gave me two days ago; can't you understand that I never had an account and everything just disappeared. Do I have to open a new account and hope for the best?
