Why does my screen go blank after clicking on a message about a company I can’t see and read it thank you

What kind of message ?  email message ?  Is this on your mobile device ?

I have a iPhone 6s and in my portfolio when I click on a repert on a specific stock  I don’t get to read it because the screen goes blank. Really enjoyed updates when stocks in my portfolio declared dividends lol . Hope it can be fixed
