Cannot get any HFIR info

I subscribed to HFIR Natural Gas last Friday, and am not getting any of the services promised.  No daily report, or any of the other ittems.


And why does seeking alpha have NO customer services email.?

It looks like you have two accounts on Seeking Alpha, and the emails for HFIR Natural Gas (including instructions on how to reach us ) are going to the other account. Could you go to seekingalpha.com/clean and then log in using your other account (nickname - indoreservoir) and the corresponding password? If you don't remember the email address or the password, email us at subscriptions@seekingalpha.com. Hello HFIR

You cut me off posting several months ago and I have not done anything about it until now. Every time I look at messages posting is blocked by the message "reading room only" and I do not have full membership. I think you were offended because I made a remark about CRC and like a typical redneck you stopped me by cancelling my postings. I will only continue on with full membership so either restore it or cancel my membership.  If we cannot agree and I continue to be billed I will put a stop to my Visa payments.
