I mistakenly clicked on "reply" instead of typing above a particular line regarding my ticket I D 133881. How do I grt back to having my problem solved?

My ticket I D is 133881. On Saturday January 9 I chose the free 2 week premium trial and filled out the required information for my credit card ending in 1057. A few minutes later I received an email from your firm stating it was approved. Since then the banner keeps me from reading ANYTHING, and I certainly don't want to be charged for something I'm not able to receive. I'm sorry I did not type above that certain line on your email. How can I help you fix  this?
